文中介紹了聲電聯合法在成都某110 kV變電站1號主變局放檢測及定位中的現場應用案例。針對驗收試驗中發現的異常放電信號,首先利用檢測阻抗法進行一次定位分析,確定放電源所處的大致範圍。其次,基于局部放電的聲電信號不同的傳播特性,結合超聲波測試技術,采用聲電聯合法對放電源進行二次精確定位。最後,通過對缺陷處理後的局放信號進行複測以及有限元仿真,驗證了聲電聯合法在現場主變局放定位中的准確性和有效性。
Abstract:
In this paper,a field application case of the acoustic-electrical combination method in partial discharge(PD)detection and localization of No.1 transformer in a 110 kV substation in Chengdu is introduced. For the abnormal discharge signal found in the acceptance test,a rough location is first performed using the detection impedance method to determine the approximate range of the discharge source. Secondly,based on the different propagation characteristics of acoustic-electrical signals of PD, and combined with ultrasonic testing technology, an acoustic-electric combination method is used to perform secondary accurate localization of the discharge source. Finally, the repetitive measurement of the PD signal after the defect processing and finite element method are performed to verify the accuracy and effectiveness of the acoustic-electrical combination method in the PD location of the transformer.
