摘要:
換流變壓器在線監測系統是特高壓換流變電站智能化的重要建設內容,其監測可靠性直接影響著換流變壓器的運行壽命,目前主要通過同樣檢測原理的帶電檢測手段對其進行評估。文中通過對某±800 kV特高壓換流變電站換流變壓器油色譜在線監測乙炔報警與局部放電重症監護系統報警後的帶電檢測診斷分析,給出了在線監測系統信號報警後的缺陷分析方法以及換流變壓器在線監測報警信號存在的問題,便于後續運行過程中對其進行狀態評價。試驗結果證明:單獨的一種在線監測報警信號不能完成特高壓換流變壓器的運行狀態評價,需結合兩種非同源原理在線監測裝置的報警信號分析以及相應的帶電檢測手段診斷才可以完成其內部缺陷的定性。
Abstract:
The on-line monitoring system of converter transformer is an important construction content of intelligent UHV converter substation, and its monitoring reliability directly affects the operating life of converter transformer. At present, it is mainly evaluated by the method of live detection of the same detection principle. In this paper, based on the analysis of the live detection and diagnosis of the two oil chromatograph and partial discharge on-line monitoring system of a ±800 kV UHV converter transformer, the defect analysis method after the online monitoring system signal alarm and the problems of the online monitoring alarm signal of the converter transformer are given, which is convenient for the state evaluation of its subsequent operation. The test results show that a single on-line monitoring method cannot complete the operation status analysis of UHV converter transformer. It is necessary to combine the alarm signal analysis of the on-line monitoring device with non-homology principle and the diagnosis of the corresponding live detection method to complete the characterization of its internal defects.
